Rush by: Cyrus the Virus & The Mad Scientist (known as 340Duster & Super J at TMT)
Just put the User_Rush.pk3 in MOHAA/main like any other map.

Body Bagger for the prefabs used (even though some had to be modified :) )
Balr14 for the custom fog textures and mostly for helping my stupid butt get things to work
