.::MOHAA Spearhead Patches Installation Reg Fix::. This file fixes the error: "Setup could not find a copy of Medal of Honor Allied Assault(tm) Spearhead on your computer. Please reinstall and try again.", when you try to install MOHAA Spearhead Patches 2.0 to 2.11 and 2.11 to 2.15. You have to edit the reg file with Notepad, before applying it, to insert your correct "Game Path" and "CD Drive letter". Example: "Path"="C:\\Games\\MOHAA" "CDDrive"="F:\\" When you apply the reg file, it adds the missing information needed for the patch installation. By Ricardo Sin
