This is a simple client side admin tool where you can change maps and gametypes.
And you can kick and ban people.
The reborn login you need to set on the reborn.cfg file so you can ban.
The normal rcon password you set on the autoexec.cfg file
The key to open the tool you set on the controlls menu.
